Eating Disorders Title

Salmon and Avocado Salad with Soy Sauce

salmon salad, avocado and grilled shrimp with soy sauce

Come on, that we're through Thursday and there is nothing to the bridge!

The Charles Bridge, my husband and I are going to La Rioja (and will infomercial Gourmet) and as we eat and drink our fill, we are trying to guard against the run ... So yesterday we had dinner a salad glib, but lead healthier and avocado, which is very fatty, combine it with some fish that is lighter ... :)

I've been wanting to make it, saw the avocados in the grocery store but I always lacked prawns, and the other day I bought a lot and I thought now was the time. I went to a grocery store that we love and is near from home and bought a couple of avocados. I can not make the idea as they were the avocados! If I say they are the best I've tasted in my life, no lie! Savory, sweet and at their best, nothing blandurris, exquisite!

INGREDIENTS - 2 Persons

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tray of smoked salmon
  • 8 raw prawns
  • 1 / 4 Cup Soy Sauce (approx.)
  • Wasabi
    1 Puntita
  • 1 teaspoon sesame
  • brown sugar 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

Peel and chop avocados into small cubes. Cut the salmon and mix in a bowl with avocado.

cast in a bowl of soy sauce, wasabi, sesame and sugar and mix. Pelaremos prawns, I left only the tail to catch them by hand, and we put for 10 minutes in the sauce. Then, on a griddle or skillet with a few drops of oil, put the shrimp until cooked.

Add the sauce mixture to the avocado and salmon, stir and put the prawns on top to decorate ... And of course eating!

As you can see is a light recipe, glib and eye-catching. Hope you like!

Big kiss!

NOTE: After the prawns, poured the sauce to the pan 1 second, to narrow it down a tad and dissolve the sugar. I did not put any salt as soy sauce is quite salty.
