Uff, I thought I was not going to take time, but just barely arrived. This recipe is my contribution to competition organized by Sonia "L'Exquisit" for his first cumpleblog. to me I love this cover! It is very simple and very colorful and tastes delicious. You can eat a snack and I'm sure the fans will love aioli!

The first time I tried was at the christening of my niece and since then are a very common spike when we have guests at home.

INGREDIENTS - 4 Skewers Shrimp


  • 4
  • fresh prawns 1 handful of rice noodles 1 egg
  • 4 kebab skewers
  • Oil
Allioli
  • 1 egg 1 Garlic
  • small oil 1 glass Salt

PREPARATION

For the prawns. We put the noodles in a bowl with hot water to soften and we can manage them better. Fully peeled and skewered shrimp on skewers. Beat the egg and pass the shrimp in the egg. Roll noodles in each of the shrimp and turn to pass through the egg.

heater, oil pan, and fry the prawns one by one. Remove and place on absorbent paper.

For the aioli. In a glass beater put the garlic, egg, oil and a pinch of salt. Put the mixer and beat in the background. We are adding oil slowly, without moving the blender, until mixture thickens us.

For the presentation be posted on the basis of cocktail glasses and a dollop of aioli on her shrimp.
